WOW, This is nothing like any liquid smoke I can find in my home town. It looks more like a thin BBQ sauce but has a fantastic hickory smoke aroma. I will never use another liquid smoke. Stubb's also makes a great BBQ sauce.
If you have never enjoyed a Stubbs product -you have no idea what you are missing. He is (was) a Cook and you will find that note on most of his products. The care that goes into his products is unsurpassed. We have purchased "smoked" flavoring at much higher prices with half the flavor.
