the flavor is great. it's not packed with too much water. it's not too salty. and i can't beat the price per ounce even when the smaller cans are on sale. it freezes easily.

I'm in my 40's and have loved canned tuna always. I make up big tuna salads and use it in many recipes. I've bought these same HUGE cans of Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water for years, as well as other brands and sizes. I bought four of these and opened one up and nearly threw-up FROM THE ROTTING STENCH and horrific brown, yellow color. A second can wasn't as bad, but it was not smelling right. I wrote Bumble Bee (no phone number to call) and they claim it was "caramelizing" to explain the color, BUT the didn't even speak to the God-awful rotting stench and sheen of colors. It was a bad can, A Very bad can. At $16 + per can, I cannot spend that kind of money with the risk of very bad tuna. Decades of opening cans of tuna, I know what is right and what is not. It shouldn't smell like week-old road kill. SO, purchase knowing there MAY be some other BAD cans out there! Fair warning, that's all. PS, I donated the other two cans to charity with a warning to be sure they were ok.

I had a slight "stumble" in the delivery of BENT UP cans, but received a replacement right away, and must say I was very pleased with this product. I usually purchase another well known brand, but find that this is equally as flavorable. Thanks for a great product!
