This breakfast is absolutely delicious, however it is more along the lines of a snack and not so much a complete breakfast. For me that doesn't work as I'm on the go with school, work, and a family. Throw in a bannana or some other protein with this and it becomes complete. But this is not a 1 stop shop for a complete breakfast.
I have tried several Bakery On Main Gluten Free Granola cereals and this is my favorite (and my daughter's). The other flavors are very good (4 stars) and this one is excellent (5 stars). I'll be reordering this one soon! It's too bad they don't sell a variety pack (one of each flavor) so you can find your favorite and then buy a larger package.

Our family has tried several of Bakery on Main's granolas and this flavor is one of our favorites. We don't all need to eat GF foods, but if we find something that tastes good, my family will go along with my GF lifestyle and enjoy it, too. This is one of those foods that we all eat because it tastes great, stays crunchy with milk on it, and is good for you. I love having the flaxseed in the granolas since it shows Bakery on Main's desire to add the "healthier" ingredients to their products. Give it a try and I'm sure you'll love it, too!
I like these sponges because they're chemical free, unlike the ones I can get in the grocery store that come with some nasty smelling stuff on them that I have to wash out. They work well and don't get all hard when they dry. It's a sponge, so there's not a lot to say. :)
UPDATE One pound of this is water pack when drained it will yield '9 only' 1/2 CUP servings. Freezing in pouches does work.

I'm in my 40's and have loved canned tuna always. I make up big tuna salads and use it in many recipes. I've bought these same HUGE cans of Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water for years, as well as other brands and sizes. I bought four of these and opened one up and nearly threw-up FROM THE ROTTING STENCH and horrific brown, yellow color. A second can wasn't as bad, but it was not smelling right. I wrote Bumble Bee (no phone number to call) and they claim it was "caramelizing" to explain the color, BUT the didn't even speak to the God-awful rotting stench and sheen of colors. It was a bad can, A Very bad can. At $16 + per can, I cannot spend that kind of money with the risk of very bad tuna. Decades of opening cans of tuna, I know what is right and what is not. It shouldn't smell like week-old road kill. SO, purchase knowing there MAY be some other BAD cans out there! Fair warning, that's all. I especially enjoy the Sun Butter bar. I'd give it 4 or more stars if they didn't go cheap on portion size. Be aware that each one of these packets is easily 40% air. The actual bar is about the length of an adult thumb. Very skimpy portions. For some reason it seems as though they shrunk the size only in the last 2 years although I could be mistaken.
I love these. I cut them in half and add a smear of p-nut butter. I found them at Costco, but then they stopped carrying this item. My local Whole Foods has them too. The company was very helpful when I asked where else to get them. Almost double the price here on Amazon. Look for local shop to purchase from.

These are sooo good. I have not been able to find these locally, so I love being able to buy the case of them and freeze the packages (IIRC there are 6 individual "rounds" in each 12.7 oz package). If you have ever had Starbuck's Protein Bistro Box, you'll recognize that these are exactly the same as the little muesli round in the bistro box. I suspect that Ozery makes those for Starbucks, but of course I don't know for sure. These of course are quite a bit bigger, but they taste exactly the same. Even though I usually like sweet stuff, I don't tolerate the normal sugar-loaded breakfast foods very well. These have just the right amount of sweetness and with 5 grams of protein, and only 6 grams of sugar, they are just right. Lightly toast, add some nut butter (Justin's Maple Almond Butter is awesome on these), and you have what I consider the perfect breakfast food.I picked up two packs of this while at Sprout's in Colorado. I have thoroughly enjoyed them! Unfortunately, the nearest Sprout's is at least 3 hours from me now. I'm happy to find them on Amazon.com but they are very expensive. This product has greatly improved my energy level in addition to my performance as a runner. I am typically anemic and this product also brought my hemoglobin level up. Preventative care! I take the product knowing I will not see amazing results to anything...but its peace of mind that counts. Getting Veggies and Greens all at once is a good thing (and only at 30 calories per serving). I've switched my diet to only eat clean and cut out many fruits...but this is a good compromise.
