I never really tried that many protein bars and decided to try Kashi's Golean bars. It was very flavorful but it was very chewy and crunchy that my mouth was starting to hurt from eating eat! I was expecting it to be crunchy but not this crunchy and hard! However, I did enjoy the chocolate part of the bar and it did keep me full for several hours. However, I won't be buying these protein bars anymore! I prefer Kashi cereal bars instead.
