All in all, I think the PROTEIN RUSH RTD are amazing and do exactly what they advertise. In a little less than 2 months, I've increased my muscle mass, lost 10 inches net and 12 pounds and am exactly where I need to be. YAY!!! I attribute this to the clean diet and workout regimen in conjunction with these amazing drinks. I first tried the VANILLA DREAM (delicious and lowest in calories and fat and carbs). Then I tried a case of STRAWBERRY (also delicious and totally worth the extra couple of calories and carbs and fat than what's in the VANILLA). Also got a case of the COOKIES AND CREAM (my absolute LEAST favorite.... didn't like the flavor at all and prefer the VANILLA over this flavor). Today I tried the CHOCOLATE DREAM ~ it was the most delicious, but the only one that gave me a belly ache. I did not have this problem with the other flavors and since CHOCOLATE is the highest in calories, fat and carbs, will probably drink the rest of the flavors before this flavor. Hope that helps. :0)

Product is good and I like the convenience of it being "pre-mixed" however the spout on top of the package has a tendency to leak and can spill. Recommend pouring the drink into another container before consumption.

They were selling this at the gym where I swim. One day I came in to do my laps and was feeling so hungry; they sold me this to get me through my 30 minute swim, and that it did. Then I read the label thoroughly and was impressed that the ingredients were natural and free of all the gunk that some protein drinks add, which would really bloat me. But this digested wonderfully, gives you lots of energy, no sugar, tastes delicious, and now I keep it on hand at home for those days I need energy but do not have time to eat. I keep one in my car for just those times when I need to feed the labido, and do it quickly. I love the stuff. High protein, low calorie, full of nutrition, and tastes like a milkshake. Vanilla is my favorite!
