When coffee prices were going up and down (every other week) we decided to try this blend of coffee..not bad at all for the price..not real bitter and had some decent strength..my taste buds aren't what they used to be so I cannot give you a "conniesewers" point of view, but it works for me...

I am a daily drinker of coffee, I put 3-4 scoops per day. Local sales are for $10.99 a canister. People hoard, fight, and snatch up all that they can when they see if for that price. THIS IS CHEAPER, and I don't have to get into a scuffle to buy it. product is fresh, within sell by date. I bought 2 sets.

What can I say? No more lugging coffee from the store for me. This roast brewed in my drip machine starts my day every day. Just find the strength you like in your coffee maker. I was a little worried that I was wasting my money buying coffee at this price, so I'm surprised at the good rich taste. You could say, it has a rich taste for a low price.

Everyone is looking for a deal, especially these days. Maxwell House is one of the brands of coffee I have consumed a lot of in my life. However, this was the first time I tried "Wake Up Roast".

Here are the necessary conditions to enjoy this product: (1) you are in prison where (2) there are no other caffeine choices and (3) drinking "Wake Up Roast" will help you qualify for early parole.

I wish I was exaggerating...even a little.

Ok, on to the flavor and aroma. If you are partial to unique flavors, you will find yourself in for a treat as it produced flavors I have never associated with any food or beverage product, never mind a type of coffee. If the goal is a "full flavored coffee taste" -my normal criterion -then give "Wake Up Roast" a sound 1 out of 10. Ultimately I poured it out and I am not sure if I have ever done that to a cup of coffee...excepting those times when I had helped myself to a cup of coffee that had been sitting on a hot element for an hour or longer.

SUMMARY: Money spent on this product is very poorly spent indeed. Consider yourself warned.
