Very healthy. I add a little cinnamon sugar sometimes to make it more tasty, as it's slightly bland on its own. Usually I eat it with almond milk. Most stores no longer carry this product. I buy in packages of (4) boxes from Amazon because the price is great. They get delivered in 2 days. With most cereals carrying high processed sugars with little nutritional value, I am thankful that these are still made. I eat this on a regular basis, mostly with fruit rather than plain. With no added sugar or salt or flavorings, this must be the healthiest breakfast cereal you can buy. It's also the kind of thing people tend to either love or hate and tend to hate as a kid and learn to love as an adult. I've always loved it and still do. I have two biscuits each time, and leave them to soak in the milk before eating them. You can of course sprinkle sugar on them if you must, and add fruit if you wish, but I prefer them with just milk.Buying it on Amazon's Subscribe & Save makes it very convenient and economical.

Flavorful and excellent tasting creamy grits. My daughter likes Bob's Red Mill Yellow Corn Grits. I like the white corn grits. I usually buy Quaker Old Fashion Grits, but i will buy these grits for now on. Also, 1/4 cup of Quaker Old Fashion Grits is 150 calories vs the Bob's White Corn Grits at 120 per 1/4 cup. The calories add up over time.Read Best Reviews of Bob's Red Mill Southern Style White Corn Grits -- 24 oz Here

I really enjoy the Nantucket blend but there is no way I will pay that kind of price for 80 k-cups not when I can get it at Costco for $39.Read Best Reviews of Green Mountain Coffee Keurig Nantucket Blend (Medium Roast) Here
love nantucket coffee I sometimes prefer the bolder blend but for breakfast this is a great tasting coffee even for an afternoon coffee break.Want Green Mountain Coffee Keurig Nantucket Blend (Medium Roast) Discount?
I like a medium to medium strong cup of coffee with a low acidic flavor. This coffee to me was just right. I brewed it on the Keurig in the medium cup size. I don't know what your experience has been but when I brew a large cup of coffee I find many of the different K-Cup flavors come out too weak in the larger brew size. This coffee to me had a bold and rich flavor that is smooth without the acid taste that can upset my stomach. I liked it a lot and I recommend it to you. I rate this as a 5 star blend and I enjoy it. I use cream and a little sweetener in my coffee and my review is based on that combination. I posted a photo of the K-Cup for your information.
