Very healthy. I add a little cinnamon sugar sometimes to make it more tasty, as it's slightly bland on its own. Usually I eat it with almond milk.Most stores no longer carry this product. I buy in packages of (4) boxes from Amazon because the price is great. They get delivered in 2 days. With most cereals carrying high processed sugars with little nutritional value, I am thankful that these are still made. I eat this on a regular basis, mostly with fruit rather than plain.With no added sugar or salt or flavorings, this must be the healthiest breakfast cereal you can buy. It's also the kind of thing people tend to either love or hate and tend to hate as a kid and learn to love as an adult. I've always loved it and still do. I have two biscuits each time, and leave them to soak in the milk before eating them. You can of course sprinkle sugar on them if you must, and add fruit if you wish, but I prefer them with just milk.Buying it on Amazon's Subscribe & Save makes it very convenient and economical.
