This product has greatly improved my energy level in addition to my performance as a runner. I am typically anemic and this product also brought my hemoglobin level up. I found this drink more effective than taking iron supplements or any multivitamin. I mix a scoop in my morning coffee daily and I actually enjoy the taste. This is by far the best tasting jar of greens I have had. I mix it in with my protein powder once daily. Preventative care! I take the product knowing I will not see amazing results to anything...but its peace of mind that counts. Getting Veggies and Greens all at once is a good thing (and only at 30 calories per serving). I've switched my diet to only eat clean and cut out many fruits...but this is a good compromise. It doesn't have an amazing flavor but once you mix it with Chia seeds or a vitamin c packet, its goes down easy.
