I have used this polenta for a number of years. It is the best polenta I have found. Be sure to select Bramata. The other types of polenta are not as good.

I am Italian and the taste of this Polenta was not great. I do not recommend it. I still have in the cupboard.

Atkins Day Break Bar, 5 Bars

I've been on Atkins for a couple of weeks now and was really wanting a sweet. I'm so bored with all of the chocolate based bars so I bought a box of these, and they were phenomenal. The bottom of the bar is white chocolate (or whatever they made to taste like white chocolate) which was delicious. The cranberry taste was tart yet sweet and the most real fruity/sweet thing I've had since being on Atkins other than a grape the other day and a couple of strawberries today. When I'm craving a cookie, muffin, or ice cream, this bar really works well to meet my craving while being very delicious.

Of course, we'd all like the bars to be less than a dollar and a quarter each, but considering the non-Atkins alternatives, these are definitely worth it if it keeps me on Atkins. I hope Amazon adds this item to their subscribe and save plan.

I absolutely love this bar! Soft with a hint of crunch, frosting on top, and oh-so-sinful taste, this has become my new snack of choice to calm the sugar cravings.

I have been living a low carb lifestyle for quite some time and find that most bar style readymade products have a very strange texture and/or taste. I also do not care for everything being dipped or covered in an odd, metallic chocolate flavoring. Then, I found this product. I am happy to say that this tastes like a real cookie to me and I find it to be a great addition to my diet. I usually start my day off with my coffee and one of these cookies. I am good to go for quite awhile before I have another meal. I am just not a big morning breakfast kind of person and this is perfect for me. There is a little drizzle of frosting on the cookie which really sweetens it up and I enjoy the texture of this product, as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is sick of trying things and hoping to find something that tastes and feels like the "real thing". My grown daughter also loves these, she was shocked to learn it was a low carb product. Now, I just have to hope they don't discontinue it for some reason. I am hoping this is a keeper for the Atkins people to keep producing.

RiseBar Breakfast Crunchy, 12-Count Bars

Received a sample of a Rise Crunchy Cashew Almond bar & loved it! So I ordered a box of the Cashew Almond bars & a box of the Crunchy Macadamia Pineapple bars. Both are absolutely delicious! They are a good size 1.4 oz (40 g). They are great to eat as a breakfast bar or as a healthy snack during the day.

This is the same delicious, healthy, almost dessert-like BOOMI bar we have enjoyed for a long time but with a new name, a new fancy package and a considerably smaller portion.

Thanks for keeping the ingredients the same and not adding any GMO ingredients or any vegetable gums but why did you have to make it so much smaller??????

Chewy, nutty, crispy, soft and forgiving with little crisps (amaranth?) and big nut chunks (whole nuts in some bites!) a perfect textural balance. And I simply adore the addictive all natural taste of these bars! They're sweetened with what I consider to be the perfect blend of honey and dates. A little more sugar than I like to have for breakfast (11g), but not bad compared to other bars and good for an afternoon treat. My husband and I can polish these off in seconds!

Duchy Originals Original Oaten Biscuits, 5.3-Ounce

I was introduced to these delicious little cookies by our neighbors who hail from Surrey. They are delightful. A little sweet, a little crunchy and surprisingly satisfying. Once you try them you will scour the internet trying to find them in the US. Good luck. PJ

There are twelve perfect cookies in this box, sweet but not too sweet and with enough oats in them to give them a pleasant, slightly crumbly, texture. The back of the box says these "biscuits" were baked in the Scottish Highlands with stonegound oats grown in harmony with nature at the Highgrove family home of HRH Charles the Prince of Wales. At least some of the proceeds support The Prince of Wale's Charitable Foundation. I ate these cookie/biscuits plain; the package suggests that being both savory and sweet they would also be good with cheese.

I used Amazon's Add-on program when I made my order. By choosing a few more tasty items I didn't have to pay any shipping cost.

They are delicious and healthy. The oats are better than wheat and they are not too sweet. The Duchy Originals Original Oaten Biscuits are versatile; they go well with cheese, jam or with just a cup of tea. I used to buy them at a local store, but they haven't been available for 10 years since that store closed. They are just as delicious now as then and are better than other biscuits made with wheat and more sugar. When I bought them years ago, they were organic. It would be great if organic biscuits were available now.

The product was just o.k., nothing that sticks in your mind to purchase again. They were a little expensive for the amount you got, and a little dry. Not anything I would recommend to friends.

These bars are fantastic tasting. They do have 7g sugar per bar (for a 36g bar that's nearly 20% sugar). For people with a sweet tooth like me, these are a great alternative to other chocolate, candy, and less healthy snack bars. Sure, there are plenty of things out there that are better for you, but I've yet to find any that taste like this.

I found these at the grocery store about a year ago and thought I would try them. I need all of the fiber I can get and they are 120 calories. The first time I ate one I was shocked at how good it was. They are better than any candy bar that I have ever eaten. My daughters even love them. Needless to say I am addicted to them. It also helps knowing that when I eat one it is not nearly as bad for me as a candy bar. I would definately ecommend that everyone ty thse bars. With subscription it comes to 2.50 per box or 50 cents per 1.2 oz bar. A reasonable price and I do not have to remind my wife to get them for me at the store.

I keep these handy at work. If I get hungry and do not have time to eat, these tide me over quite nicely and are very tasty and handily satisfy my chocolate cravings if I am under a lot of stress (which I used to fulfill with Fastbreaks which, per oz, have 40% more total calories, 60% more fat calories and 1/7th the fiber).

There are many alternatives out there, but I find that these have the best ratio of taste, cost and nutrition out there right now.

Warning 1: Some people have trouble breaking down chicory root fiber and may wind up with more gas than they'd like, but like beans, there is a good chance it will go away with repeat consumption.

Warning 2: There are a lot of man-made ingredients and many would not consider that to be "healthy".

Another big bonus with Amazon subscription is that they are probably a LOT fresher than the stuff you buy in the grocery stores. It may be coming directly from the factory as it arrives in a Kellogg box, not an Amazon box (tho it does have an Amazon return address).

I used to bring one of these tasty bars to school with me every day for a little snack. I realized that I had been more gassy than lately but didn't think too much about the cause. Then my grandma would comment on how they made her gassy all day & I thought maybe these were to blame but wasn't too sure. I just had one again for the first time in a while & was passing gas all day :/... Now I'm sure these things are the cause. I'm sure it affects everyone differently though. Thai Kitchen Instant Rice Noodle Soup Green Onion -- 1.6 oz

Very easy to make. I added one head of bok choy and a few mushrooms and voila, a delicious, quick meal (see photo)! I love that one can control the salt intake with the packet. This version is one of two gluten and dairy free instant noodles from this company (the onion and the garlic and vegetable versions are the only gluten free AND dairy free versions of this soup according to the company's website). Must try.

I love this rice soup! I use the microwave directions, and it comes out perfect EVERY time! So good for a snack or a light lunch. This soup has a nice flavor not heavily spicey, but light and flavorful.
