Very easy to make. I added one head of bok choy and a few mushrooms and voila, a delicious, quick meal (see photo)! I love that one can control the salt intake with the packet. This version is one of two gluten and dairy free instant noodles from this company (the onion and the garlic and vegetable versions are the only gluten free AND dairy free versions of this soup according to the company's website). Must try.

I love this rice soup! I use the microwave directions, and it comes out perfect EVERY time! So good for a snack or a light lunch. This soup has a nice flavor not heavily spicey, but light and flavorful.
