
If you like a hearty meal...anytime...this version of Bob's rolled oats is the best: full of flavor with a satisfying crunchy texture. And, it really does not take that long to cook. One cup of oats with your favorite fruit, some flax and/or chia seeds lasts me for up to 6 hours despite my high level of daily activity. I do not have a big issue with needing gluten free but it seems to reduce bloating and gas compared to the regular oats.
