Kashi Good Friends Cereal, 13 Ounce

This is my favorite Kashi cereal. I don't know why it is not carried in the grocery stores in my area anymore, but I am happy I found it on Amazon. This is a healthy great tasting cereal that keeps me full until lunchtime.

This is one of the most versatile cereals out there. As a bowl of cold cereal it is a good choice. As a hot cereal (made hot with hot milk) it is a better choice than others. If you like bran muffins then you'll like muffins made with Kashi Good Friends and they are high in fiber and low in calories as well as very tasty.

Easily the best cereal on the market, Kashi: Good Friends Cereal is the perfect blend of crunchiness, flavor, fiber, and protein, without a cloying sweetness. Pretty much everything you'd want in a cereal. I'm also a big fan of Good Friends: Cinna-Raisin Crunch. My only question: Who's friends with whom? Is it the cereal barrels that are good friends with the cereal twigs? Or is it me, am I good friends with the cereal itself?
