Sunrise Blend with Quinoa FlakesThis has become my go to breakfast. I soak 1/4 C overnight with 1/4 C fat free greek yogurt and 1/2 C milk, frozen fruit like peaches, 4 frozen pecan halves, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a tsp of honey. Prepare yourself to be licking the bowl when you're done. It's the best grab and go breakfast there is.
