This is a very good granola snack. They've started to sprout the pumpkin and sunflower seeds, although there's no leaves, etc., and they combined it all with apples and dates, all stirred up together, and then broken into various pieces, and bagged. It's a tiny bit sweet, but not with sugar only the fruit, and sort of crunchy, and it fills one up, and plus it's gluten free. The only bad part is the price! If they'd lower the price, I could eat a bag a day, it's that good.... I've tried both kinds and they're both good, and here are the stats:
