I realize that breakfast is really important, but as a busy full-time "non-traditional" undergrad, it's not always easy to fit it into my schedule. I'm always looking for something quick and nutritious, and I had tried various brands of instant oatmeal. They were OK -pleasant tasting, somewhat filling, good in a pinch.Then I found McCann's Instant Irish Oatmeal -oh my!!!!! I've died and gone to breakfast heaven! Seriously, this is amazingly good stuff. The Apple Cinnamon is my favorite variety: full of chunks of apple, excellent cinnamon flavor, filling, really wonderful stuff. The Maple Brown Sugar is tasty, too -I usually throw in a couple of tablespoons of sultanas or currants for some added texture.
Well, I'm hooked. I can have a nice hot tasty breakfast in less time than it takes to feed the cat. Yeah, this is a little pricier than what you'll find at your local supermarket, but I think it's worth it.
