Ziggy marley's peppery hemp is absolutely delicious had a very hard time finding it. As usual, Amazon came through. I am a diabetic and the hemp is full of omegas, fiber, iron etc. the taste is amazing. My favorite is adding it to egg beaters, olive or coconut oil, Parmesan cheese, avacados.
